Body Fit Training

If there were ever a time to start a new fitness regime, it would be January. Here in Newmarket we have an abundance of gyms and fitness centres to choose from and one we can't get enough of at the moment is Body Fit Training (BFT). New to Newmarket, BFT offers a unique style of training, using science and technology to drive positive outcomes.
