Body Fit Training
If there were ever a time to start a new fitness regime, it would be January. Here in Newmarket we have an abundance of gyms and fitness centres to choose from and one we can't get enough of at the moment is Body Fit Training (BFT). New to Newmarket, BFT offers a unique style of training, using science and technology to drive positive outcomes. Each 50 minute session has been created by BFT founder Cameron Falloon who has had an extensive career as a strength and conditioning coach for several AFL and Soccer teams and the late Princess Diana.
