The sweetest summer treat: Strawberries & Cream Tiramisu

Luna Bakehouse have teamed up with Brown Brothers for the launch of their limited edition Moscato Strawberries & Cream.

The decadent desert is the epitome of summer, sweet jammy mascarpone cream sandwiching the sponge soaked in moscato, and topped with fresh juicy berries. If you are a strawberry lover, this one is not to be missed. Make it for an adults only Christmas day desert, or a balmy summer evening treat - you wont be disappointed.

Brown Brothers Moscato Strawberries & cream

This recipe serves two, double or triple the recipe as required

Ingredients

  • 4 fresh strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 tablespoons strawberry jam (50 gms)
  • 120mls fresh cream
  • 100gms Mascarpone
  • 6-8 ladyfingers
  • 100ml Brown Brothers Moscato Strawberries & Cream

Method

  • Whisk the fresh cream and jam until slightly thickened
  • Add Marscapone and whisk until stiff peaks form
  • In a deep bowl, dip one side of the ladyfingers into the Brown Brothers Moscato Strawberries & Cream
  • Layer the dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish
  • Spoon the cream mixture over the ladyfingers
  • Repeat the layers until at the desired height
  • Add fresh sliced strawberries on top
  • Cover and refrigerate for at least 4 hours
  • Slice and serve chilled
  • Enjoy your Tiramisu!
