Arte Della Pasta

When you hear the word "pasta" not everyone knows how much passion and love is behind it. "Sfoglina" is someone who makes fresh pasta from scratch and finishes it by giving it shape and colour that you like. For Mirella, it is very important to use fresh local organic products including NZ farmed eggs, meat, flour and vegetables. In this way she connects her Italian experiment to New Zealand. Come and join her for an Italian cooking class on November 7 at 2pm. Arte Della Pasta translates to Art of Pasta, because making pasta is art.

To register, RSVP to info@mirella.co.nz
7th November, 2pm - 3pm Arte Della Pasta, 21c Remuera Road
