Build over ice

Seedlip Grove 42: 35ml

Lemon Juice: 15ml

Sugar Syrup: 10ml

Top with sparkling wine

GLASS & GARNISH

Chilled Champagne flute

Garnish with Lemon disc

METHOD

Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker

Shake & double strain into a chilled Champagne flute
