In this 2 hour class you will start to learn the skills to create the perfect food and wine matches from Master of Wines Bob Campbell. Bob Campbell is known as New Zealand’s chief wine educator and was just the second New Zealander to achieve the Master of Wine qualification. He’s also very well known beyond NZ in Australia, Singapore, Malaysia and London where he runs wine courses and seminars. He will be working with Collected to run a series of Wine Masterclasses.
In this 2 hour session you will move beyond the basic understanding of matching wine with food and truly develop skills to impress your dinner guests and educate the palate.
