Every time we walk past King Made Noodles, we can’t help but slow down and watch the chef work his magic hand-pulling the noodles. It’s like watching art in motion. While we are a big fan of their signature Beef Noodle Soup, their Handmade Beef Fried Noodles are on a whole different level. The handmade noodles are chewy in all the right ways, stir-fried with tender beef and crisp veggies, and coated in a smoky, savoury sauce that’s so good. It’ll have you hooked from the first bite.

Eden Noodles has become well known thanks to their many locations, and flavour packed noodle dishes that have us coming back time and time again. The extensive menu can seem daunting, especially with the addition of 'Sad cold thin noodles' but trust us when we tell you there is nothing sad about this dish, however, it might just make you cry if you aren't good with spice because this one is hot! Pair your noodles with a side of spicy dumplings and you'll find yourself on the fast track to noodle heaven.

For big seafood lovers, you definitely don't want to miss out on Selera's Seafood Laksa — it’s the kind of dish that makes your taste buds do a happy dance. We often find ourselves heading to longstanding Newmarket icon Sunrise Cafe for a bowl of their wonton noodle soup, or chicken laksa noodle soup. The plump and juicy wontons are stuffed with prawns and served in a delicious fragrant broth, and the chicken laksa is creamy and soft poached chicken. They have a daily lunch special that runs from 11am - 7pm daily, a generous lunch window due to its popularity and the perfect opportunity to try out a new flavour at an unbeatable price.

We cant go past Kuai Dian's Sichuan cuisine, and have a soft spot for their Crispy Duck Noodles. This Khyber pass eatery is well known for their fresh handmade dumplings and steamed buns, but these pan fried noodles are not to be missed. Handmade on site, the noodles are cooked in a tasty sichuan style sauce - the perfect blend of sour, sweet and spicy before being tossed with shredded crispy duck, pair these noodles with a side of their sichuan chilli oil dumplings for the ultimate soul warming meal - yum.
