Ingredients
- 1 tbsp black chia seeds
- Boysenberry coconut yoghurt
- 2/3 cup muesli
- 1 cup coconut milk
- Fresh seasonal fruit
Toppings
- Coconut chips
- Toasted almonds
- Cacao nibs
Method
- Mix chia seeds with coconut milk, stirring continuously until there are no lumps. Once the mixture is well combined and runny, leave to set for at least 2 hours.
- In a serving glass, place the following layers: 1/3 cup muesli, 2 spoons of yoghurt, 1/2 of the chia seed mix, fruit, and then repeat.
- Decorate with toppings and serve.
