Let’s celebrate your Newmarket customer service crush of the month! Nominate any customer service staff, from dentists to salons to retail, whether they’ve styled your hair to perfection, found you the last pair of sneakers, squeezed you in last minute or wowed you with their awesomeness.

From March to June, we’ll be awarding someone’s humm crush of the month a $250 humm retailer voucher, with one lucky nominator (it could be you) also receiving a $250 humm retailer voucher.

1. The entity responsible for this promotion is the Newmarket Business Association (“Promoter”).
2. Prize Draw valid from Tuesday 1 February – 11:59pm Thursday 30 June 2022 (NZT) (“Prize Draw Period”). There are 10 prizes to give away over the prize draw period (“Prize Draw”).
3. Two Prize Draw winners for February 2022 will each receive a $1000 voucher for a humm retailer of their choice and eight Prize Draw winners for the period March – June 2022 will each receive a $250 voucher for a humm retailer of their choice (each, a “Prize”).
4. An entry into the Prize Draw is automatic every time (1) the eligible Newmarket customer service representative is nominated to win and/or (2) the user nominates a nominee at https://newmarket.co.nz/ (the “Website”) during the Prize Draw Period.
5. On the 28^th of each month from February – June  2022 the Promoter will draw at random two winners for that month from all eligible entries at 238 Broadway, Newmarket, Auckland (“Prize Draw Dates”), with one winner being a member of the Newmarket’s customer service staff nominated on the Website during that calendar month and one winner being someone who has nominated a customer service staff on the Website during that calendar month.
6. The Prize is not negotiable, non-transferable or redeemable for cash.
7. The Prize winners will be notified by phone/email within 7 days of each Prize Draw.
8. If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days of being drawn, the Promoter reserves the right to re-draw a Prize.
9. The Promoter reserves the right to extend, amend, suspend or terminate this offer and these terms and conditions at any time without notice. If for any reason a prize becomes unavailable, the Promoter may substitute an alternative equivalent prize without notice.
10. The Promoter is not liable for any failure (for whatever reason) to record an entry into the Prize Draw.
11. Any decisions made by the Promoter in relation to the Prize Draw are final and no correspondence will be entered into.
12. Entry into the Prize Draw is deemed acceptance of these terms and conditions.
13. Acceptance of the Prize is deemed consent for the Promoter to use the winner’s details for promotional and media purposes.
14. Employees of the Newmarket Business Association and FlexiGroup (New Zealand) Limited are not eligible to enter the Prize Draw.
15. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter shall not be liable for any loss, damage, personal injury whatsoever, including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss, which is suffered or sustained arising out of or in connection with the Prize or Prize Draw.
16. Where goods or services are supplied by third parties, the Promoter does not warrant the quality of such goods and/or services or their suitability. Nothing in these terms and conditions is intended to exclude, restrict or modify a consumer’s rights under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993.
