Have a gym at your fingertips with City Fitness’ virtual fitness app which is available for both members and non-members, for free. The app hosts a full range of on demand City Fitness classes as well as live streamed HIIT, yoga and pilates classes at scheduled times throughout the week while the gym is closed.
Whether you are a die-hard GRIT goer or a Body Attack fanatic, you don’t have to miss out during lockdown as every day at 10am (or OnDemand anytime) on TVNZ you can join in on one of the signature Les Mills classes. Plus, head to their website for a bunch of content for you to use as inspiration for working out and keeping fit during lockdown – you’ll find a 14 day free trial with Les Mills On Demand, a PT online offer, mini workouts and heaps of inspiration from their Journal articles.
