They have a full online schedule of classes including daily meditation, Vinyasa, Dynamic and Flow yoga for a weekly fee, which you book into as many classes as you wish online. The kind team at Mahi Yoga are providing all front line health workers with free access too!
Body Torque’s signature F.I.R.E and I.C.E classes will get your heart rate up in no time and help to burn off the extra snacks we are all guilty of indulging in at the moment! These short and sharp workout classes are available multiple times throughout the day via Facebook Live.

Get your bubble buddies away from Netflix for half an hour and instead tune into Habitat for Fitness’ workout channel Home Sweat Home. The HIIT style workouts will have you boxing, jumping and running and each new class release is available for non-members on their Instagram or Facebook for 24 hours after they go live!
Les Mills On Demand
Whether you are a die-hard GRIT goer or a Body Attack fanatic, you don’t have to miss out during isolation as their On Demand app gives you unlimited access to almost all of their classes, for free. And if you are a newbie who has always been intrigued as to what all the fuss around Les Mills classes is all about, now is you perfect opportunity to give them a go all from the comfort of your home. Plus every morning at 9am, TV1 is playing a different Les Mills workout on tv- see you in the lounge!
Sweat Yoga & Hot Pilates
Find your flow and join in on one of Sweat Yoga & Hot Pilates’ Instagram Live classes, streaming twice a day. The amazing teachers will be guiding you through classes including HIIT pilates and home flow yoga – check their Instagram to view their schedule.
Aiming to make Pilates accessible for everyone, Laura from Wild Pilates is live streaming 30 minute classes on Instagram, every Friday at 9am in response to the Covid-19 lockdown. If you can’t make it for the live class, have a scroll through Wild Pilates Gram and choose one of the pre-filmed IGTV workouts which are sure to get your body burning. Laura has now also created a full online studio, which you can sign up to via the Wild Pilates website.
The Olympic Pool & Fitness
