Follow the step-by-step guide below, using a gentle touch throughout, performing each step three times.

Neck

Turn your head to one side. Starting just behind the ear, use gentle pinching movements and work your way down towards the clavicle to release tension along the back of the neck.

Jaw

Start at the centre of the chin and, using pinched fingers, make small circular movements as you work back towards the ear.

Cheeks

Place your opposite hand over your head and position your fingers at the apple of the cheek. Hold just under the cheekbone to gently lift, then walk your fingers back towards the ear.

Brows

Start at the inner corner of the eyebrow and work outwards to the end, gently pinching, lifting, and circling the skin as you go.

Forehead

Start at the inner corner of the eyebrow. Use your non-dominant index finger to press and lift, sliding upward, while the other hand’s index finger follows with gentle vibrating movements. Repeat at the centre and outer end of the eyebrow.

Massage to finish:
