By entering Newmarket’s ‘Win Your Dream Travel Prize’ competition, entrants agree to the below terms and conditions:
- Entrants must have spent $100 or more in Newmarket between 8th November and 25th December 2022 to be eligible to enter. They must also keep their receipt as proof of purchase. This will be requested if they are selected as a winner.
- One entry per person
- The prize includes return flights for one adult ex. Auckland International Airport to either New York, Bangkok, Honolulu, Santiago, or Tokyo.
- Entrants must select which travel prize they want to enter, destinations are not transferrable.
- Entrants must be able and eligible to travel internationally and have a current and valid passport.
- Any additional costs are not included within the prize including but not limited to transfers, insurance and accomodation.
- Travel must be booked between January 7, 2023 and June 30, 2023.
- The competition runs from Tuesday 8 November 2022 until Sunday 25 December 2022.
- Winners will be randomly selected on January 9, 2023 and will be notified by phone call. They will be given 24 hours to accept the prize, otherwise a new winner will be drawn.
- The prize is completely non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
- The winner agrees that their name may be used for Newmarket promotional purposes (including but not limited to social media).
- The random selection of winners is final and no further correspondence will be entered into.
- By entering the competition, entrants agree to receive further communication from the Newmarket Business Association.
- Employees of the Newmarket Business Association and their family are ineligible to enter.
