Platform 1 work with business owners looking to exit their business. Business Owner Transition is a method of exiting (fully or partially) or growing a private business, over time, to an external talented person with capital. This person works in the business and acquires shares over time to an agreed plan. A governance process is set up and managed by Platform 1 to ensure the transition meets the needs of both parties.
