INGREDIENTS
45ml gin
15ml blue curucao
30ml lemon juice
15 ml sugar
Ice cubes
Method
1. Chill the gin well before use in the freezer.
2.Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker, shaking thoroughly for 10-20 seconds.
3.Pour the cocktail into a chilled glass through a strainer, discarding the ice cubes.
4.Top with a coffee bean and a drop of blue from the shaker.
