We caught up with Phillip Chapman, Coach at Body Torque to find out a little bit more about working in Newmarket, maintaining a healthy lifestyle and the best spot in the precinct to get a coffee…

I love the energy, the people, the food and the coffee.

N. What would you do if you weren’t in your current role?
I would still love to teach, I have just started learning Te Reo and I would love to teach it.

N. If you could live anywhere in the world, where would you live?
French Polynesia has always had an appeal, the culture, climate and cuisine really fascinates me.
