New Zealand’s Biggest Hair Event, The Collective is Coming to Auckland

Taking place for the first time in New Zealand this Sunday 6th May – Monday 7th May is what will be NZ’s biggest hair event, The Collective –  an interactive two-day event full of education, fashion and all things hair, bringing global leaders in hair styling and creative trends together.

Attendees will have the chance to learn from the best in the industry with creative workshops taking place on both 6th and 7th May. The industry’s most prestigious event – The Fashion Hair Awards is taking place on the evening of Sunday 6th May, inspired by the fusion of fashion and hair – AND…an exclusive runway show featuring a few of Newmarket’s key designers, Huffer and Stolen Girlfriends Club showcasing some never before seen collections.

‘The Fashion Hair Awards is a fusion of fashion week meets the industry rock stars. Where New Zealand’s premier designers such as Stolen Girlfriends Club, Zambesi, Wynn Hamlyn and Knufferman will showcase their latest collections while celebrating our ‘best of the best’ across five categories’ says Mike Bruce General Manager of L’Oréal Professional New Zealand.

Award-winning local stylist, and owner of Newmarket’s Pony Professional and Blaze salons, Mana Dave, will be joining the international line-up, which includes the likes of Justin Isaac; nicknamed as the ‘colour ninja’, Mathew Collins; a skilled celebrity stylist and colour technician from Toronto, Amanda Stevens; a global thought leader on marketing, the customer experience and the future of consumers and even Tabatha Coffey; ready to take over, spread her unique, edgy, tough-love style to teach the importance of basics and the salon emotion journey. And that’s just to name a few…

Mana will be presenting and educating key industry players and attendees alongside the best of the best on specific colour trends.

Tickets to the event can be purchased here.
